What are the main causes of my negative minds?
REGISTER BY CLASS
Buddha mapped the mind for us, detailing the spiritual psychology that illuminates the inner paths that lead to happiness and mental freedom. Buddhist psychology is practical, profound, and deeply meaningful.
This course will help you understand and gradually tap into the transformative power of your own mind. More specifically, we will explore:
- What is our mind?
- What are the levels and types of mind?
- Where do negative emotions come from?
- How do I cultivate peaceful, positive states of mind?
- What is the role of meditation in Buddhist Psychology?
This course will serve as an introduction to Buddhist Psychology and meditation, and will also be a great opportunity to learn how to use the book ‘How to Understand the Mind’ by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
