The happiness and meaning we experience in our life is mainly created by the relationships we form with others. The more heart-felt and deep our relationships, the more joy and fulfillment we tend to experience. However, in modern urban life, it is not always easy to make and maintain meaningful connections with others, and those that we form often sour or fracture. In this talk Gen Rigpa will share practical ideas from Buddhist psychology that we can use in our life to make and keep meaningful relationships with others. This public talk will be followed by a 5 week course at KMC LA in order to more deeply explore the topic of relationships. Everyone is welcome.
