Introductory Talk with Gen Rigpa: Nyungne Purification & Fasting Retreat 

In this intro talk, you will learn the essential meaning of the Nyungne retreat, as well as how to take part in the annual retreat on April 14 & 15.

Nyungne is a special practice traditionally done by Kadampa Centers worldwide on Buddha’s Enlightenment day, which is celebrated on April 15. Available in-person and via livestream this year, the retreat is an opportunity to spend two days with Thousand-Armed (eleven-faced) Avalokiteshvara–the Buddha of compassion. How wonderful!
