"Maha" refers to the most subtle level of our mind; "mudra" refers to the true nature of reality. By concentrating on the nature of our own mind, we can realize the true nature of all things, and become a fully realized being for the benefit of all.

9-10:15am - Emphasis: nature of the mind teaching
11am-12:15pm - Emphasis: nature of the mind meditation 
1:15-2:30pm - Emphasis: emptiness teaching
3:15-4:30pm - Emphasis: emptiness meditation

Getting to the Center

Getting to the Center is simple. We're on the corner of Franklin Ave and Kenmore in the neighborhood of Los Feliz. Street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhoods, usually within a block or two of the Center's front door.

Yes, everyone is welcome to join the Center, its classes, events and practices regardless of faith, ethnicity, gender and so on. We know that everyone benefits from Buddha's teachings and we're delighted to have our doors open to help make that happen.
