At Kadampa, we aim to make it easy for you to experience Dharma, or the teachings of Buddha. That is why our team of dedicated volunteers and staff work with firm intentions to offer a standard of consideration and care towards you, the members of our community, so that you can feel good about attending classes and it becomes easy to experience Dharma!
In-person class capacity has been reduced to 50%. This means that chairs have been spaced to include both seats together and solo seats.
Gen Rigpa offers a warm welcome to Kadampa Meditation Center LA
