MEDITATION FOR KIDS & FAMILIES

Children will be gently guided through relaxing meditations, giving them techniques to gain confidence, concentration and consideration for others.
◊ Suitable for children aged 4 -11 years
◊ Each class is self-contained.
◊ All children must be accompanied by an adult.
◊ Cost: $15 per family, free for members
