Kadam Amy Peng is a disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for 18 years. With warmth and sincerity, Amy presents meditation and Buddhism in a practical, easy-to-understand way, very useful for modern people. She shows us the joy of integrating Buddha’s teachings into daily life and is an inspiring example of a modern Kadampa Buddhist practitioner.
