Every weekday morning we engage in The Bodhisattva's Confession of Moral Downfalls, a powerful practice that focuses on the Thirty-five Confession Buddhas to purify our mind of even the heaviest negativities. This beautiful, humble practice includes chanted prayers and physical prostrations. Because prostration is principally a mental activity, physical prostrations are performed according to each practitioner's capability.
