Stages of the Path: A Daily Buddhist Meditation Practice

Wednesday 7:00pm - 8:00pm

4953 Franklin Ave, Los Angeles, CA, 90027

Everyone knows that meditation is beneficial,
but still we find it difficult to develop a regular practice.

The Indian master Atisha condensed Buddha’s 84,000 teachings into just 21 essential meditations to help us improve our experience of daily happiness. We call this the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment, or Lamrim in Tibetan. Through practising these meditations we can learn to discover the inner peace of meditation and how to apply it to our daily life.

Take some time to sit down and meditate every Wednesday evening and kick start your meditation practice.

March 3 – Our Precious Human Life
March 10 – Time Flies, Remember Death
March 17 – Wisdom Fear: Dangers of Lower Rebirth
March 24 – Building Refuge Within Our Mind
March 31 – The Spiritual Law of Actions and Effects
April 7 – Escape Your Mental Prison
April 14 – A Caring Heart for All: Develop Equanimity
April 21 – Recognize All Beings As Your Mother
