Become Your Own Protector – Refuge Workshop with Amy Peng

Saturday, 27 February 9:30am - 12:00pm

iCal | Google Calendar
4953 Franklin Ave, Los Angeles, CA, 90027

In this chaotic and uncertain world it is tremendously important to learn how to build an experience of refuge within our own mind. Through understanding and gaining experience of the Buddhist practice of refuge, we gradually learn how to become our own protector, instead of our own worst enemy, building stable habits of peace, joy and freedom within our own heart which we can then share with others. We can accomplish this by relying on the Three Jewels of Buddhism: Buddha, Dharma and Sangha.
