New Eight Steps to Happiness Series

Make 2021 a meaningful year through the power of your spiritual practice.

Each class will be taught by senior teachers from KMC LA, emphasizing how to integrate Buddha’s teachings into your life. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn on how to develop and strengthen authentic love and compassion and to transform all our daily situations into opportunities for spiritual growth.

Each session will include guided meditations and teachings based on the book “New Eight Steps to Happiness” by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.  This incredible text explains step by step, how to deepen our happiness and peace from within.  Each session we will understand and meditate on one of the essential steps.

Replay Option

Replay option for 60 min. classes (Tues-Fri). You must register for the class by visiting the livestream link in your confirmation email or Member’s (or Meditation Challenge page). The replay is of the entire broadcast, including 15 min. of setup and does not have forwarding or rewinding capabilities.

TO JOIN IT IS NECESSARY TO:

  1. Live in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area
  2. Agree not to record any class (audio recordings are available for purchase at the end of classes)
