Heart Jewel Prayers: Connect to Enlightenment with Guest Teacher Gen Kelsang Choma

For successful meditation and authentic spiritual development, it’s vital that we learn to open a window into our mind through which the inspiration and energy of the holy beings can enter. Heart Jewel is a powerful practice of prayers and meditation that has the power to connect us to the wisdom and inspiration of the enlightened mind and to our own pure potential for peace, confidence and true happiness.

Through the practice of Heart Jewel we deepen our connection with the preeminent Teacher, Je Tsongkhapa, and his wisdom Dharma Protector, Dorje Shugden. Join us for this special retreat with visiting Teacher Gen Kelsang Choma where we can deepen our experience of this joyful, blessed practice, the main prayer practice within Kadampa Buddhism.

About the teacher

 Gen Kelsang Choma is senior Teacher and Buddhist nun with the New Kadampa Tradition of Modern Buddhism. She has studied extensively on the Teacher Training Program for over 30 years and is qualified to teach both Sutra and Tantra. Gen Choma is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center San Francisco and is invited to teach nationally. People enjoy her teachings for their clarity and warmth.
