Special $5 Livestream Event – Guided Meditation and Buddhist Teachings

Is it possible to learn to love those whom we presently don’t even like?

It’s so easy to feel dislike towards people. From co-workers to family members, from neighbors to politicians, sometimes people can seem so annoying and unlikable. Especially these days, many people find it difficult to feel positively towards, let alone love, people with different views, opinions, beliefs or lifestyles.

Buddha explained that we all possess the outrageously empowering capacity to experience an authentically caring and loving attitude, even towards those whom we presently dislike. And it is imperative that we learn not only to tolerate these people, but to learn to love them, not only for our own benefit, but for the welfare benefit of society at large.
