When the New Year rolls around, many of us wish for our lives to go in a better direction. For that to happen, we must connect with the potential that exists within us, within our minds. Buddhist meditation gives us the ability to become the person we wish to be–more confident, more loving, more peaceful and happier.

To help you start off 2021 in a way that’s personally transformative, you’re invited to take the Buddhist Meditation Challenge!
