Making our Meditations More Powerful and Joyful with Kadam Morten
Saturday, 20 February 9:00am - 3:30pm
iCal | Google Calendar 4953 Franklin Ave, Los Angeles, CA, 90027Meditation is life-changing. It is a revolutionary tool for personal transformation. However, sometimes we can meditate for many years and still not reap the rewards that meditation can offer. Sometimes we are not able to truly enjoy the process, or we don’t fully understand the skills needed to meditate effectively, as often the meditative tools that Buddha offered are either misunderstood or misapplied.
In this special day course, Kadam Morten will share from his personal experience tips and methods by which we can enliven our practice of meditation both on and off the cushion.
In this special day course you will learn how to:
– prepare for meditation
– improve your contemplation and ability to arrive at the object of meditation
– have the meditation touch your heart
– meditate with blessings
– integrate meditation into daily life
Don’t miss this special opportunity to empower your meditation practice through increasing your enjoyment and skill so that you begin to feel that you are actually changing and becoming the person you wish to be through your practice of meditation.
