In just 30 minutes your whole day can change for the better. By intentionally cultivating inner peace, we can learn to live from a place of possibility rather than problems.
Designed to offer a taste of inner peace at the midpoint of your day, these very accessible meditations are guided by one of our Teachers. No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome.
