Join us for a guided retreat where we will emphasize the foundations of the spiritual path. Each meditation will be explained, then you will be guided in meditation to help you gain deeper experience of these beautiful and powerful states of mind. We will be exploring the extraordinary text The Mirror of Dharma, by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

This retreat will help you:

• Improve your understanding of how to meditate
• Explore the foundations of Buddhist practice
• Deepen your experience of meditation
• Understand how to train in the spiritual path in daily life
