- Feeling trapped by unhealthy habits?
- Wanting to make some positive changes in the new year?
- Looking for ideas that will give you more purpose and direction?
It’s easy to feel stuck, and our habits can be deeply ingrained. However, we definitely can make changes to how we think, speak and act, and become the person we wish to be. We need two things to change:
- A clear, positive vision of our potential, and
- Methods to actualize this potential
Within Buddhist psychology we find teachings that will give us the confidence to change, and meditation and mind-training techniques that give us the practical tools to bring this change to fruition. In this 6-week course you will learn life-changing methods that have been practiced effectively for centuries; learn how to let go of bad habits, and change yourself into someone who is happier, more confident, and more beneficial to others.
Free for KMC-LA Members / $12 per class
